Foundations of healthy breathing courses for adults (15+)

Do you wish to improve your breathing, health and sleep? Then this course if for you! The teaching is based on Buteyko method, Integrative breathing therapy and the foundations of oral myofunctional therapy.
The Buteyko method is a technique aimed at improving health through changing the pattern of breathing. It emphasizes the importance of nasal breathing and suggests that many health problems, including asthma, allergies, and even sleep apnea, share a common root cause in mouth breathing and therefore can be alleviated by correcting breathing patterns. Integrative breathing therapy encompasses a holistic approach to breathing, focusing not only on the physical act of breathing, but also on its emotional and mental dimensions. This approach aims to promote overall well-being by addressing imbalances in the respiratory system. Oral myofunctional therapy involves exercises and techniques designed to improve the function and muscle tone of the face and mouth, with the goal of enhancing breathing, speech, and sleep. By combining these three approaches, the course offers a comprehensive program to enhance breathing, promote better health, and improve sleep quality.
