This special myofunctional therapy program is designed for individuals who have undergone orthodontic treatment with expansion appliances, braces, aligners (such as Invisalign or Clear Aligners) and/or oral surgery.
- Often after the completion of orthodontic treatment breathing, tongue and lip function is not optimal which can result in orthodontic relapse.
The program’s focus is on establishing proper oral function and habits post orthodontic treatment. It consists of fortnightly appointments of myofunctional therapy. The approach is based on restoring correct oral function through exercises and habit changes, which is crucial for stable orthodontic results.
